ORDER

A verified petition was filed by Spouses Federico A. Escaño and Divina D. Escaño for the adoption of Saijan Wyn D. Cabuenas with application for change of name to Zaijan Wyn Daroy Escaño.

The initial hearing of the above-entitled case is hereby set on November 20, 2014 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.

WHEREFORE, let a copy of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioners once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta, and Alaminos.

Let copy of this  Order be furnished the Office of the Solicitor General at 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office Lingayen, Pangasinan, and the Social Worker of this court who is hereby directed to conduct a Child and Adoptive Home Study Reports and to submit the said report not later than five (5) days before the date of hearing. Likewise, the social worker of this court is directed to conduct counselling sessions with the biological parents on the matter of adoption of the adoptee and submit her report not later than five (5) days before the date of hearing.
