ORDER
Finding the verified Petition for Correction of Entries in the Certificates of Live Birth of Julie Bernadine Tan Kido and Julia Bernadine Tan Kido praying that an Order be issued directing the City Civil Registrar of Dagupan to correct the erroneous entry in their respective Certificates of Live Birth pertaining to the Date and Place of Marriage of Parents, from “May 28, 1988, La Union” to “February 10, 2014 at Baguio City” and declare them as legitimate children of Spouses Susana Tan Kido and Melchor Kido, to be sufficient in form and substance, let the said petition be set for hearing on August 14, 2014 at 9:009 in the morning before this Court at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
Let this Order be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos, at the expense of the petitioner.
Furnish copies of this Order to the Office of the Solicitor General Makati City, City Civil Registrar of Dagupan , Atty. Oscar A. Corpuz, Jr., the petitioner and the respondent.
