NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
Upon extra-judicial petition sale under Act 3135, filed by SPS. ERNESTO ACOSTA DELA CRUZ & TERESITA B. DELA CRUZ, against JOSHWE MARZAN DELA CRUZ married to MARILOU SORIANO and JESUS MARZAN DELA CRUZ of Barangay Bayaoas, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php882,000.00) as of July 1, 2014, excluding interest, charges, penalties, attorney’s fees, publication fees and expenses of foreclosure, the undersigned Sheriff will sell at public auction on AUGUST 27, 2014, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the main entrance of Hall of Justice, Regional Trial Court, Barangay Anonas, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property/ies, to wit, including all improvements existing thereon.

A parcel of land (Lot 633-D-2-A, plan Psd-031332, being a portion of Lot 633-D-2, LRC, Rec. No. 015546), situated at Brgy. Bayaoas, Municipality of Urdaneta, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., along line 2-3 by Lot 633-D-2-B of the subd. Plan; on the E., along line 3-4 by Lot 634 Cad. 3, Urdaneta Cad; of the S., along line 4-1 by Lot 633-D-1; and on the W., along line 1-2 by Ambrosio Street (6.00 m. Wide). Beginning at a point marked xxx Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO (122) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
All sealed bid must be submitted to the undersigned on the above state time and date.
In the event the public auction should not take place ont he said date, it shall be held on SEPTEMBER 04, 2014, without further notice.
