FARSOC— Eleanor Quinto Sober, this year’s Mrs. Filipino-American Retirees of Southern California (FARSOC), is joined by crowning guests 2nd District of Pangasinan Rep. and Mrs. Leopoldo Bataoil, and husband Jimmie Sober during lavish ceremonies held at the San Diego Marriot Marquis & Marina in San Diego, California.
