MAYOR BELEN MEETS WITH MILPITAS CITY MAYOR JOSE ESTEVES —-Mayor Belen Fernandez paid a courtesy call on Milpitas City Mayor Jose Esteves, a native of Dagupan City, not only to learn about the best practices of Milpitas but to discuss the renewal of the sister city agreement and the student exchange program between the two cities.
