Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late GREGORIO P. PACREM and MAGDALENA CASTILLO-PACREM, who died respectively intestate on Oct. 24, 2001 and May 3, 1996 in Bayambang, Pangasinan, containing an area of 20,000 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 026-87424, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of ESTER PACREM-ROMERO, under Doc. No. 320; Page No. 64; Book No. VI; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Ferdinand L. Quintos.
