No. 159, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate and quitclaim in favor of DIVINA DIEGO DUNGAN, married to ANTONIO DUNGAN, under Doc No. 240; Page No. 30; Book No. V; Series of 2002 under Notary Public Alfonso Villamil Jr.
