DAGUPAN HAS NEW JAIL WARDEN– Mayor Belen T. Fernandez and Dagupan DILG Director Rhoderick Dawis welcome newly-designated J/SINSP Kenneth Bid-Ing (right) as City Jail Warden when he made a courtesy call at the City Museum.
