Espino, Jr. awards certificates of completion to 31 young tennis players during the closing ceremony of the summer lawn tennis clinic at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center in Lingayen last May 31.  The 17-day tennis clinic was sponsored by the provincial government in cooperation with the Lingayen Tennis Club.
