SIMPLE, SAD WEDDING—Urbiztondo Councilor Volter Balolong and Angela Arce push through with their supposed grand wedding on June 8, albeit in a simple and rather sad ceremony, and without the councilor’s parents by their side who had planned on renewing their marriage vows on the occasion of their silver wedding anniversary with the young couple.
