NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
Upon the verified petition for extra-judicial sale under Act 3135, filed by Mortgagees SPS. VICENTE and LUZONICA OLAZO of No. 10 Rizal St., Brgy. Zone III, San Quintin, Pangasinan against mortgagor ZENAIDA T. AQUINO of Brgy. Mabini, San Quintin, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness amounting TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN PESOS & 93/100 (P2,962,157.93), excluding daily interest, penalties and charges thereon, the undersigned, as Ex-Officio Provincial Sheriff of Pangasinan will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in the Philippine Currency on July 24, 2014 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter in front of the Hall of Justice, Tayug, Pangasinan, the property more particularly described as follows:
“TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-44068”
“A parcel of residential land (Psu-40884, L.R. Case No. 7-82, L.R.C. Record No. R-8445), situated in the Barrio of San Pedro, Municipality of San Quintin, Province of Pangasinan. Bounded on the N., by a Creek 4.00m wide beyond the creek, property of Meteo Casayuran and Paciencia Morales (Joint Owners); on the W., by property of Luis Domingo; onthe SE., by a ditch 6.00m wide; and on the NW., by a ditch 2.00m wide. Containing an area of FORTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE (42,525) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
All sealed bids must be a submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.
In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on August 5, 2014 without further notice.
