“NO PARKING”, SAYS WHO?—The ‘No Parking’ sign installed last month by the Public Order and Safety Office of Dagupan remains another traffic sign to be ignored in the city, as shown by this photo taken in the morning of June 13 along A.B. Fernandez Ave. Public utility vehicles also ignore designated “Loading and Unloading” areas that are often occupied by parked private vehicles and tricycles.  But who can blame them when the traffic enforcers themselves ignore the violators. Only POSO officials believe their press release that the traffic rules in the city are being strictly enforced.
