ROSARIO, who died intestate on Nov. 28, 2013 consisting of a parcel of land situated at District of Lucao, Dagupan City containing an area of 477 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 56330, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with waiver of share by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 406; Page No. 83; Book No. II; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Godofredo C. Manipud.
