No. 215, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with renunciation and quitclaim in favor of LODOVICO F. PARAGAS, under Doc. No. 258; Page No. 37; Book No. V; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
