Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late ROMULO GONZALES, who died intestate on May 30, 2011 at Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land situated at Marikina City Rizal, Metro Manila, containing an area of 137 sqmtrs and 103 sqmtrs, covered under TCT No. 009-2011002522 and TCT No. 009-2011002523, are the subject of extrajudicial partition with deed of quitclaim in favor of ERLINDA GONZALES that certain 137 sqmtrs, and GLORIA GONZALES that certain 103 sqmtrs, under Doc. No. 10; Page No. 2; Book No. 85; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty Jose D. Lopez, Jr.
