VERONA-PALMA, who died intestate on Nov. 23, 2013 at Agoo Family Hospital, San Pedro, Agoo, La Union, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at Brgy. Rabon, San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,000 sq. mtrs and 508 sq.mtrs, more or less, covered by TCT Nos. 246022 and 255073, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim and waiver of shares/rights in favor of RENATO T. PALMA and sister, NIZZA JOY V. PALMA, under Doc. No. 431; Page No. 88; Book No. IX; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
