Barbara, Pangasinan, containing an area of 10,268 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 12607, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of DOMINGO M. MANLONGAT, under Doc. No. 442; Page No. 90; Book No. XV; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Alfonso C. Vinluan.
