Former Pangasinan fifth district Rep. Mark Cojuangco (second, right) joins Senator Cynthia Villar (third, left) in the turnover of a two-classroom building donated by couple Allan and Rose Apaga (in between Villar), owner of Majesty Lumber & Construction Supply,  for kindergarten in Nancayasan Elementary School in Urdaneta City. So thanked Villar for donating the tables and desks, and former Rep. Cojuangco for the blackboards to be used in the newly constructed school building.

“This type of building from the FFCCCII only costs P400,000 , half of P800,000 budget that the government spends,” said So. Urdaneta City Mayor Amadeo Gregory “Bobom” Perez IV joined them during the turnover rites last June 5.
