SCUBA DIVING LESSON—-A diving instructor from the Philippine Navy demonstrates basic self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (SCUBA) diving course to personnel of Water Search and Rescue Team and local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council at the Capitol Resort Hotel in Lingayen last May 21. The five-day training is part of the disaster preparedness program of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council headed by Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. as chairman. (VFS)
