Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late MAGDALENA MUNAR & VICENTE SERRANA SR., who died intestate on April 12, 1991 and July 13, 2004 at Immalog, Norte, San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 17,490 and 14,193 sq. meters, covered by TCT Nos. 68968 with Tax Decl. No. 016-20073 and TCT No. 68916 with Tax Decl. No. 016-20072, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with partition and donation in favor of LOT F-1 ROLANDO M. SERRANA; 5830 sqmtrs, LOT F-2 RENATO M. SERRANA 5830 sqmtrs, and LOT F-3- RODRIGO M. SERRANA-5830 sqmtrs, under Doc. No. 80; Page No. 17; Book No. 112; Series of 2014.
