DREDGING BEGINS—-The brand new Water Master III and the aging Dredge Visayas, both owned by the Department of Public Works and Highways  (DPWH) start dredging the heavily silted and shallow Calmay River. A third dredging machine still moored near the Jose R. de Venecia Expressway Extension is set to joint the dredging operation shortly.
