PAYAO FOR MARGINAL FISHERFOLK––Personnel of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region I and fishermen from Barangay Pugaro join hands in installing a payao fish-aggregating device in the municipal waters of Dagupan on March 27.
