“Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 filed by the mortgagee R.A. NAVARRO EASY LOAN SERVICES CORPORATION (Formerly: R.A. NAVARRO LENDING INVESTOR) against the mortgagor MA. ASUNCION FERNANDEZ with postal address at Sabangan, Lingayen, Pangasinan to satisfy the morgage indebtedness which as of March 2, 2014, amounts FIVE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE PESOS AND 79/100 (P511,581.79) Philippine Currency, excluding other charges and foreclosure expenses, the undersigned or his duly authorized deputy will SELL at PUBLIC AUCTION on June 3, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. soon thereafter at the main entrance of the Hall of Justice, Lingayen, Pangasinan, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:

“A parcel of agricultural land (Cad. Lot No. 3064-H) situated at Sabangan, Lingayen, Pangasinan contai-ning an area of 227 sq. meters, more or less; bounded on the North by Lot 3064-C & Lot 3064-B; on the South by road; on the East by Lot 3064-G; and on the West by Lot 3064-I, Declared under Tax Declaration No. 16423 and assessed at P670.00; including all its improvements existing thereat.”
