Husband brutally kills wife
SUAL—A man hacked his wife to death in their residence in sitio Alvarez, Barangay Bacquioen this town Monday around 4:00 p.m. over alleged infidelity.
The fatality, 47-year old Rosie Beltran-Negrana, was killed by her husband, Eduardo Negrana, 47.
Police investigation showed that prior to the incident, the husband confronted his wife with his information that she met with a man alleged to be her lover.
Out of alleged anger, the suspect slashed and stabbed his wife in different parts of her body using a 17-inch bolo.
The suspect was arrested and the weapon recovered from the crime scene.
The suspect faces a parricide case.—Tita Roces
