LAMSEN, who died on June 01, 2009 at Maigpa, Bayambang, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 2,661 sq. meters, more or less, covered by EP No. A-153814 with TCT No. 1750, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with sale in favor of MARIA RIZZALYN B. TSUCHIYA, that certain portion of 1,924 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 182; Page No. 37; Book No. XV; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Honorato R. Mataban.
