EXPRESSWAY TO PANGASINAN—The Rosales tollgate in Pangasinan, part of the 27-kilometer stretch from Paniqui, Tarlac to Carmen, Rosales of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx), is finally opened to motorists in the afternoon of April 16, 2014 following a motorcade and blessing ceremony.
