Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late TEOFILO LLENA, who died intestate on Nov. 30, 1991, consisting of a parcel of land located at Osiem, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,850 sq. meters, but based on actual survey plan its 1,275 sq. meters, declared under Tax Decl. No. 650, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with deed of absolute sale in favor of  ROSALINA S. SURAT that certain 26 sq. meters, and SPS. JEFFREY S. QUINTO and CRISTITA M. QUINTO that certain 1,249 sq. meters.
