GERRY A. GOMEZ and MARILYN T. GOMEZ, that certain 1,000 sqmtrs, BENITA MANAOIS that certain 3,006.25 sqmtrs, in Lot 3, and SPS. GUILLERMO MANAOIS and LUISA E. MANAOIS that certain 2,454.725 sqmtrs. taken from Lot 4, under Doc. No. 97; Page No. 24; Book No. IV, Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
