ORDER

This is a verified petition filed by the petitioner, through his counsel, praying for the cancellation of Certificate of Live Birth of minor Kiezzha Alexis Bretaña Ramos on file with the office of the respondent, Civil Registrar of Dagupan City.

Let the petition be set for initial hearing on April 24, 2014 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning on which date, time and place the petitioners shall appear and prove their petition, and that all other persons having or claiming any interest thereon shall also appear and show cause, why, if any, the petition shall not be granted.

Let this order be published at the expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, Urdaneta, San Carlos and Alaminos which shall be selected on the basis of raffle.

Let copies of this Order be furnished the petitioner and his counsel, Atty. Villamor A. Tolete, and together with copies of the petition to the private respondents, the Local Civil Registrar of Dagupan City and the Solicitor General, who are given a period of fifteen (15) days from notice of the petition or from the last date of publication of such notice, within which to file their Comment and/ or Opposition, if any.
