Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ABDON V. RAMIREZ and JACINTA ABALOS, who died intestate on August 12, 1986 and March 9, 1999 at Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land located at Pao, Manaoag, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1623 sq. meters, covered by OCT No. P-19435, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with waiver of rights in favor of ROBERTO A. RAMIREZ and LETECIA RAMIREZ-SMITH in two (2) equal shares, under Doc. No. 391; Page No. 80; Book No. IV; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Betha Fe A. Ching.
