Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ALFREDO AQUINO, who died intestate on June 28, 1995 in San Diego, California, consisting of a parcel of land situated in Dagupan City, containing an area of 400 sq. meters, more or less and covered by TCT No. 25465, under Tax Decl. No. 4180463, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with waiver of rights in favor of RONNIE, ARLENE, MARIA and JESSIE, all surnamed AQUINO, that certain 400 sq. meters, under Doc. No. 300; Page No. 61; Book No. IV; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
