Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PATROCINIO SOLIS, MELANIO ESQUIG; and AURORA ESQUIG and CRESENCIO TANDOC, who died intestate on June 7, 2008, Mar. 24, 2012, April 18, 1978, Sept. 5, 2008 respectively in San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Bo. Angio San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 15,850 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 162217, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with deed of absolute sale in favor of JOCYLINE GARCIA, that certain 15,000 square meters, more or less, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
