Mayombo City of Dagupan, containing an area of 100 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 54499, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with absolute sale in favor of MILAGROS C. REYES, under Doc. No. 219; Page No. 45; Book No. II; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Lemuel A. Astadan.
