Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GREGORIO LOMIBAO, who died intestate on August 06, 1990 at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Basista, San Carlos City, containing an area of 208 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 136427, is the subject of extra-judicial partition and quitclaim in favor of  JOVITO LOMIBAO that certain One-Half (1/2) portion only, under Doc. No. 640p; Page No. 68; Doc. No. VII; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Narcisco S. Bandong.
