Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late EDWARD JOSEPH MC DAID, who died intestate on March 4, 2004 in Dagupan City, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land and one storey res. building all situated at District of Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City, containing an area of 111 sqmtrs, 111 sqmtrs and floor area of 96 sq.m., covered by TCT No. 75747, and 68564 and Tax Decl. No. 09-3175-1, are the subject of affidavit of self-adjudication by the only heir LYDIA B. MC DAID, as represented by her Atty-in-fact, ELSA DRIZA ALNAS, under Doc. No. 40; Page No. 09; Book No. 111; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Enrico C. Garcia.
