Wanted illegal drug pusher arrested in foiled robbery

ONE of the wanted drug personalities in the list of the Dagupan City Police Station (DCPS) was arrested in an alleged attempted robbery on February 21.

Police operatives arrested Rodel Suyan, 37, single, unemployed, and a resident of Zamora St., Dagupan City, inside the house of Lady Gondez at 75 Dior Village, Arellano St., Dagupan City.

Gondez promptly called the police and reported the entry of a suspected robber in her house at around 3:30 a.m.

P/Superintendent Christopher Abrahano, Dagupan police chief, said when the suspect was arrested, operatives found two transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu in his pocket.

Further, Suyan was also in possession of a bag containing assorted personal belongings of a student.
Cases for Trespass to Dwelling and Republic Act 9165  (Possession of Shabu) are now being prepared for filing in court.–Johanne R. Macob
