NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under  Act  4118 filed by HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (Pag-IBIG Fund) with  principal office at Petron Megaplaza Building, 358 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, against MARY ELLEN L. RIGO, with postal address at Brgy. Banzal, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of December 20, 2013, amounts to ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT PESOS AND 33/100 (Php1,732,848.33), excluding penalties, interests, charges, attorney’s nfees and expenses of foreclosure, the ex-Officio Provincial Sheriff thru the undersigned Deputy Sheriff hereby announces that he will sell at public auction on March 12, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafter at the main entrance of the Hall of Justice, Regional Trial Court, Anonas, Urdaneta City (Pangasinan), to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine currency, the following property with all  its improvements, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 15, Blk. 9 Pcs-015546-001545, being a portion of Lot 4, 13 and 14, Psd-015546-022214 and Lot 12-B, Psd-015546-023827, L.R.C. Rec. No. 13744 and 13755), situated in the Bo. of San Jose, Mun. of Urdaneta, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 13, Blk. 9 of subd. plan; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 9 (6.50 m. wide); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 17 and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 16, all of Blk. 9 of the subd. plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 15, Blk. 9 on plan being S. 45 deg. 38’W., 440.48 m. from BLBM No. 1, Bo. San Jose, Urdaneta; thence S. 82 deg. 00’W., 12.00m. to point 2; N. 8 deg. 00’W., 5.00 m. to point 3; N. 82 deg. 00’E., 12.00 m. to point 4; S. 9 deg. 00’E., 5.00 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of SIXTY (60) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x60cms; bearings true; date of orig. survey in Jan. 10, 1917; date of subd. survey on Aug. 9-17, 1993, executed by Engr. Marietta Pajaron Punesto and approved on Nov. 4, 1994.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and place.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on March 19, 2014 without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the title hereinabove described property and encumbrances thereon, if any there be,
