FVR launches new book
FORMER President Fidel V. Ramos launched on February 20 a new book titled Perform, Reform, Transform, which is Volume 17 of a compilation of selected essays and other articles.
Launched in time for the 28th anniversary of the 1986 People Power Revolution on Feb 22-25, the book highlights how ordinary Filipinos can serve just as nobly in defense of our freedom as the soldiers who fall in combat.
“The Spirit of EDSA teaches us that every citizen can make an important contribution to nation-building by respecting the law, raising a proper family, helping those in need, and paying their taxes on time. Perform, Reform, Transform points Filipinos in the right direction,” said FVR.
