DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS FANNIE CABARLO MONZON and PERCIVAL MARFIL MONZON, who died intestate on Nov. 27, 2013 and Dec. 15, 2013 at San Diego, California and Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of a Twenty Nine (29) properties and Savings Deposits, namely: Agricultural land, res. building, res. land, fishpond, poultry house, two-storey building, Mitsubishi Pajero 1993 Model, Isuzu Elf 1994 model, Bank Deposit (Dollar & Peso Account), at Bank of Philippines Island – Alaminos Branch under Account No. 008914-1086-68 with a balance of $2,657.69; and Peso Account at Malayan Bank-Dasol Branch under Account No. 018-20-000114-4 in the amount of P55,727.90, and all properties situated at Hermosa, Petal and Macalapas, Dasol, Pangasinan, Q.M. Subdv. Road, opposite Aguinaldo Elem. School lower Q.M. Brgy. No. 451; Page No. 91; Book No. 1; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Jules A. Mejia.
