Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the Court sets it for initial hearing on FEBRUARY 27, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Let the corresponding notice of initial hearing be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, once a week for three consecutive weeks at the expense of the petitioner.
