Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late SPS AMBROCIO M. SAURA and SOCORRO SAURA SEVILLA, who died intestate on Oct. 12, 2010 and Nov. 18, 1985 at Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two parcels of land both situated at Pacalat, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 6604 sq. meters and 4316sqm more or less, covered by OCT No. P-6063 and OCT No. P-6063, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with deed of absolute sale in favor of SPS.
