Title No. P-21004, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement among heirs with absolute sale in favor of LILIBETH F. SALAZAR and MYRNA F. OCANA, under Doc. No. 438; Page No. 88; Book No. VI; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Emmanuel Noah Chuson.
