Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late ISMAEL FERNANDEZ, who died intestate on August 3, 2009 at Catablan Calegu, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 9,554 sq. meters more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 26900, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with deed of absolute sale in favor of  ALEJANDRO T. GARCIA, under  Doc. No. 30; Page No. 7; Book No. I; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald Tabadero.
