Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. FEDERICO MENESES and EUGENIA NARVARTE MENESES, both died intestate on Nov. 11, 1988 and Apr. 5, 1988 at Pob. San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two parcels of residential land containing an  area of  303 sq.mtrs and 163.4 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 00524 and 00525, are the subject of extra-judicial partition with renunciation of rights in favor of  DR. MARIO, FEDERICO JR., AND CARLINA, all surnamed MENESES that Parcel I, area of 303 sq.mtrs., and ANTONIO MENESES that Parcel 2 area of 163.4 sq. mtrs, under Doc. No. 086; Page No. 218; Book No. XVI; Series of 2013 under Notary Public Atty. Quirico L. Bachar Sr.
