DCNHS RAFFLE WINNERS—Alfredo Romero (center), a Dagupan City National High School Batch ’82 alumnus, is the lucky winner of P500,000.00 in the DCNHS raffle for raising funds for the construction of the Abong na Alumni. Other winners are Emelita E. Carbonel of Batch ’73, wife of Dagupan City Health Officer Dr. Leonardo Carbonel, who brought home P250,000.00 and Rowena M. Gabucan, Batch ’86 for the P100,000 3^rd prize. Alumni President Manuel V. Roy said the alumni center, currently used as a civic center, will cost some P11 million with modern facilities and amenities.
