WHEREAS, by virtue of the Writ of Execution issued in this case dated July 9, 2013, commanding the undersigned to execute the decision rndered in this case dated June 1, 2010, the undersigned will sell at public auction on January 17, 2014 at 10:00 o’clock or soon thereafter infront of the City Hall (main entrance) Dagupan City to the highest bidder for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below-described property/s, to wit:
