“There are a lot of beautiful things in our province so let us try to recapture them,  practice them again and promote them,” Espino urged.

Calimlim said that expressing love for one’s locality has been an advocacy of. Espino for the past seven years of his leadership.

Provincial Information Officer Orpheus “Butch” M. Velasco likewise thanked the contestants and said the competition is very important to the province and to all the people of Pangasinan.

Since Espino and Calimlim started expressing their love for the province, Velasco said that the I love Pangasinan has become not just a program but already a movement that is catching fire.

Pangasinan started regaining its status as a premier province with all the awards to its name where Velasco disclosed that Pangasinan is a recipient of 14 regional and 14 national awards for 2013 alone.

After the public viewing of the music videos, Calimlim led the awarding of certificates to the contestants assisted by Elduayan, Velasco and the operations manager of Robinsons Place Helen Grace Vallo.

Calimlim also launched the online voting for the nine finalists for the People’s Choice award.
