CURA, who died intestate on Sept. 25, 2009 at Quezon City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Mayombo District, Dagupan City, containing an area of 671 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 54866, is the subject of extrajudicial partition by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 158; Page No. 33; Book No. 4; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Albino V. Gonzales.
