DE VERA, who died intestate on October 08, 2007 at Villaflor Memorial Hospital, Mayombo District, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Linmansangan, Binalonan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3,273.40 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 215599, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of MARIA IMMACULADA Z. DEVERA that certain 3,273.40 sq. meter only, under Doc. No. 452; Page No. 92; Book No. I; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald  M. Tabadero.
