ALL THE LOVELY LADIES-–-The 14 candidates for the Ms. Dagupan 2013 pay a courtesy call to Mayor Belen Fernandez during the 12^th executive session at the CSI Stadia last Monday. The winner for the annual pageant will be crowned on December 26 during the Dagupan City Fiesta 2013 celebration at the city plaza.
